Shannon Ridge Vineyard, located in Lake County California north of the Napa Valley, cultivates small berries with concentrated flavors. They produce fresh, organic wines that taste as bold and juicy as the day the grapes were picked.
In their quest to improve the sustainability of the winery, from October through April, 700 head of sheep serve as hungry little vineyard gardeners reducing weeds and fertilizing the soil. This relationship between sheep and the vineyards produces delicious Shannon Ridge lamb and outstanding wines.
Gather in the Clubhouse next Saturday, August 13th, to share award-winning wines paired with savory lamb. Book your reservations now to ensure that you won’t miss this special evening; it’s sure to fill quickly. $95++ per person
